The top of Korbel is rarely visited and totally lovely. Turns out it was once a town! Good spot to celebrate River to Coast Children's Services.
Happy to be this years' guest speaker to lobby (even newly reelected Supe Efren Carrillo) the group towards a greater focus on wholesome fresh foods for everyone!

Here is the lovely cover and the rather impressive larger list, from which the final 101 Classic Cookbooks were chosen.
Of course there were many more suggested but these were the ones we (the Advisory Committee, Marvin and I) felt must be most seriously considered.

The book comes out in October but it took over 100 years (and 18 months) to produce this beautiful and powerful collection.
