The Sonoma County Lodging Association will present Wine Country Chefs of Tomorrow, a benefit for seven local high school programs, at 7:30 p.m. Thursday [4/7/11 ]at the Vintners Inn Event Center in Santa Rosa.
During the event, high school students will team up with local chefs for a tasty appetizers competition featuring local ingredients. After the appetizers, Vintners Inn Executive Chef Thomas Schmidt will serve dinner.
The event, hosted by food and restaurant consultant Clark Wolf, also includes a live and silent auction.
